1. Vendor Responsibilities:
1.1. Accounting for Payments: As a vendor using our platform, you are responsible for the accurate accounting of all payments made to your account within 30 days upon the completion of your fundraising campaign.
1.2. Timely Settlement: You agree to settle all outstanding payments owed to you within the aforementioned 30-day period following the completion of your fundraising campaign.
2. Shop My Fundraising Platform’s Limitations of Liability:
2.1. No Liability for Outstanding Payments: Shop My Fundraising Platform shall not be held liable for any outstanding payments owed to you by donors or participants beyond the 30-day period following the completion of your fundraising campaign.
2.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Shop My Fundraising Platform harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your failure to account for or collect payments within the stipulated time frame.
3. Data Handling:
3.1. Data Deletion: Shop My Fundraising Platform will delete all campaign information, including but not limited to donor data, fundraising materials, and campaign details, within 30 days following the completion of each campaign. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have backed up any necessary campaign data prior to its deletion.
4. Termination of Services:
4.1. Termination Rights: Shop My Fundraising Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the platform or its users.
5. Miscellaneous:
5.1. Changes to Terms: Shop My Fundraising Platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
5.2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
